How do I track my order status?
You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:
1. Under Account, go to My Orders
2. Select the order you’d like to track
3. Under Tracking, select Check Now
I followed the steps above by I am unable to track my order. What do I do?
The tracking information may not yet be available for your package, especially if your order has just been placed. It should be available within the next 24 hours, once the shop have updated their records. You may contact your seller at the Chat available for the shop in our system.
SHIPPING RATES
What are the shipping rates?
Currently, our shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, origin and destination. Some sellers also offer FREE SHIPPING for purchases above a certain amount.
How do I check my shipping fee when placing an order?
While shopping, you can see the shipping fee on the product page. Just enter your delivery postcode and the shipping fee will be displayed. Final shipping fees will be confirmed at checkout, as they are calculated based on your delivery address.
DELIVERY
When will I receive my order?
Your first order will be delivered within 7 days.
Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays.
How can I know exact date and time of the delivery?
We are unable to provide you with an exact time and date of delivery but you will be notified of an estimate delivery.
Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?
Requests for cancellation are not allowed once the item has been shipped.
Can I pick up my order?
Some of our sellers enable self-pickup, do check the available delivery methods
