Returns must be made within 3 calendar days. Countdown starts after 24 hours from the date you received the item.
Requirements for a valid return:
• Meets the required coverage period
• Reason for Return has to be valid and the stipulated Return conditions have been met
• For refunds, Bank Details and Customer Information must be provided in the Return Form
How do I return an item?
Before returning an item, please check our Return policy to make sure your item is eligible for return.

If your return meets all the requirements, return can be initiated by the following steps below:

2. Select Return
3. Fill up Return Form
4. Print return form or email to xxxxxxxx
5. Pack items and attach return label
6. Drop off and send to the seller address
Please be as detailed as possible when explaining the reason for Return, as this will help us perform a quality check as accurately and quickly as possible.
All returned items not accompanied by an Order Number indicated on the package will be automatically declined and sent back.

How long is the quality evaluation process?
Quality evaluation normally takes about 48 business hours after the item is receivedby the seller, but may extend to up to 72 business hours. The replacement/refund process begins after this period.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Refunds can be processed in case of return or cancellation. For your convenience, we offer different refund options for you to choose from.
You will be updated via email and SMS once your refund has been initiated. If the refund does not arrive after a period of 90 days, please contact your issuing bank directly for support.
Will you refund my delivery fee?
No return delivery fee will be reimbursed.
I have bought an item on promotion or with a voucher. What amount will you refund me?
For items purchased on sale, the amount refunded will be the exact amount paid, and not its original value. For example: If you purchased an item on sale for RM20 and its original value was RM40, you are entitled to a refund of RM20.
If you purchased an item with a voucher, we will refund the amount you paid for the item and provide you with a replacement voucher with the same value as the original voucher.
How soon will I receive my refund?
The replacement process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. This quality evaluation process may take about 2 business days. We will send you an email and SMS notification once it is completed.
Once the item has undergone the quality evaluation process, you can expect the replacement to be delivered within 2 to 14 working days.

How do I know if my exchange has been processed?
You will receive an email notification stating that we are now processing the exchange for your order. You will also be given a new order number.
