Profix Hot & Cold Pack Use it as a cold pack to relieve swelling, pains, sprains and bruises.

Use it as a hot pack to ease muscle aches and stiffness.

Cold Compress Store in the freezer for 1-2 hours to freeze the gel before using.

Hot Compress Hot water: Boil the pack in hot water for approximately 4-10 minutes. Check every minute to reach ideal temperature.

Microwave: Heat the pack in the microwave oven for approximately 1 minute. Adjust heating time according to microwave power.

Precaution If the temperature is too low or high, please use a cloth wrap to cover the pack.
