Arfen Suppositories is used to treat pain and fever in children. They are used by children who find it difficult to take paracetamol as tablets or syrup. These small and torpedo-shaped medicine are used by inserted into the back passage (rectum).

Dosage:
- Children 2-6 years: 1 suppositories insert deep into rectum every 4 hours as needed, up to 4 times daily.
- Children 6-12 years: 1 to 2 suppositories insert deep into rectum every 4 hours as needed, up to 4 times daily.
