Guide:
- 2 to 3 teaspoonfuls For Adults: 4 teaspoonfuls This mixture is recommended to be taken uninterrupted 4 to 5 times daily once every 3 hours with equal volume of hot water or hot milk according to the dosage directions.
- The first dose should be taken after breakfast, and 2 or 3 doses during day time. the last dose should be taken immediately before retiring.
