Direction of use:

Step 1

• Clean and dry affected area. If you have a wound, cover it with a wound pad or dressing. Fix the bandage with one hand and place the outer side of bandage on the skin.
• This will allow you to unroll the bandage with more control.

Step 2

• Unroll a sufficient length before beginning to wrap on the skin to allow the bandage to relax. Apply the first circle without tension.

Step 3

• Continue to wrap in only partially overlapped circles. Apply the bandage with only enough tension to give the desired level of support.
•  Remember to unwind a sufficient length of the bandage from the roll to avoid applying the product with too much tension to avoid circulation problems.
•  If numbness and tingling result, remove and re-apply with reduced tightness. If pain continues seek medical advice.

Step 4

• Tear the bandage.

Step 5

• Press the end of bandage to fix it to itself without tension.
